Day 23 and i'm still in the game!!

lots of coughing and sneezing still

:confused: still having very vivid and weird dreams, though not about smoking itself for a couple of nights..

skin looking good!

ran for 10 mins straight yesterday (first time EVER) and exercise as a whole is getting easier and more enjoyable.

Hope everyone else has been enjoying the lovely weather and coping well with their quits.
