day 7 .........day 8 tomorow-yay!!!

Hi Guys and Girls,

Well the title says it all, day 8 tomorrow, doing really well,just the occasional craving. Its just breaking this damn physcological association, thats the hardest thing after smoking for 20 years!!

Any one got any ideas??
