Wahey I'm still off the tabs I'm thinking less and less about them even when I've had a few beers which is quite a achievement I think it's being hard constantly thinking about them when I'm slighty intoxicated.

However I still get the odd craving but do my best not to give in, I've just had 3 teeth out last week aswell so that's helped being in constant pain And being on anti biotics I can't drink which stops the cravings.

I'm still putting the money away I'm saving which is also good!
