Cant say whether micro tabs are good or bad but if they work for thats all that matters good luck and post loads xx

I did 4 weeks and then started again :mad: I too am now on day 3 after reading Allen Carr. Fingers crossed...I so want to be rid of the poison I have been feeding myself for 13 years! Good luck
