OK then..............HALF A YEAR FOR ME :cool:

I only ever planned to quit for 7 weeks or so due to elective dental work. Found this site, joined the Octo's, met some great folk and decided to continue with the quit. After all, who wants to go through the first couple of months again if it can be avoided

Next milestone? One Year without doubt.

Oh and if anyone else other than Jude has noticed at the bottom of Forum page, it says 'Penthouse Raid' (or something like). It was a little plan I hatched months ago as a way of celebrating hitting 6 months and completely forgot about until Jude said she wanted to join in the raid. Look out you 1 Year + folk....... your about to loose all your booze

I'm so pleased you stuck it out and remained quit.. you will find even more than you do right now that as the extra months now go by that your quit just has alot more meaning to you, and you feel better for it.

I started feeling so much better AFTER my 6th month was out the way for some reason, and alot of folk told me this would happen too, only now.. i believe them.

So i pass on this same advice to you.. stick it out, see where this adventure takes you, you never know? one day you might save someones life with the experience you gain here, and you can ask for no finer gift than that i reckon.

Thanks for the Key Angie, chuck it high..... the raiding party (now 3;)) complete with stink bombs etc, are scaling the walls with ropes and hooks.

There's an insider ready to help out when we get to the top with the up and over bit *shhhhhhh*

Currently have builders in doing a few jobs. One of them quit smoking for 12 years .................. and then started again. Madness.......... and his teeth? Barely got any and those he has, are brown pointy stumps. Feel sorry for the chap but................. quit smoking and get your teeth sorted. He's only in his mid late 40's.
