Celebrating 100 Days

Hi all

I hope you are all good and still continuing to do brilliantly with your quits. I have not been on here for a while as I am very busy with my wedding planning - only 3 weeks to go on Saturday! Eek.

My quit is still going well and, as you may have guessed, I am celebrating 100 days smoke free today!

I couldn't have done it without your support...and the patches

Thanks Bradders. It has been pretty stressful but the best thing has been that putting on weight whilst quitting was not an option as I had to make sure I could fit in my wedding dress

I hope it is as sunny as it is here today and I'll pass on something that was said to me on my wedding day "If you try to remember that we comes before i in wedding, you won't got far wrong"

Must have worked for me as we've been married 25 years in June
