Smoking cessation course

So, I work for a church and we hire out space at our centre and yesterday the lower hall was booked out all day by these smoking cessation people. They were training care workers and support workers to help their clients quit smoking. I had to chuckle to myself watching how whenever they were on a break 5 or so of these trainees were gathered together outside having a quick puff. That would so have been me a few weeks ago!
