Not too sure what to say....

...I keep finding myself returning to this site but without too much to say. I've generally been in a iffy mood recently, not sure what has caused it...generally unmotivated and irritable. I guess we all go through funny stages though eh? Not that I think for a moment think this is due to my quit; just a couple of crap weeks.

Oh well Mr Moany is going for a bath then bed.

I've just decided I'm going to grow purple carrots and orange tomatoes this year.

As for feeling moody it must be something in gthe air, i'm up and down. Hate it.

Stav, you have to keep posting, as I love listening to your choons on the sax playing thread!

Sometimes though, things can go a bit flat in the life of a quitter. Sometimes people outgrow the forum. Maybe you are suffering one of those things. If are feeling flat then I hope you feel better soon. x

Hi Stav I think Fiona has probably hit the nail on the head sometimes I am not in the right frame of mind and come on here and can be a little snappy but then have to come back and apologise to a person for my abrupt response, although I do not mean to snap at them so maybe I think I should stay off, but then that wouldn’t give new quitters a real insight into the ups and downs of the quit so I come on good moods and bad moods which is exactly what mine and obviously many more quitters find is the norm so Stav you keep coming on and telling us how you feel and we, when in good humour will support you and when in bad humour we will still support you as well so and you can also do the same.

Cheers all,

Still got the royal arse ache; doesn't help that I'm up two hours after hitting the sack (suffered from insomnia for years now).

At least I'll be mobile again tomorrow; new car number 2 for the month.
