First full day....

Morning all

Woke up this morning, after dreaming of cigs, wanting a cig. My first thought was kids on sleepover, partner on early shift - L&B here I come...

Then I remembered I have stopped I must admit I feel slightly anxious but I know what's happening, my body is trying to trick me into buying again.

So I have my patch on and here goes nothing. I will post again later. Better shift my butt or else I'm late for work

Yes that is what happens with me ,i will be doing something and my mind just says have a cig . As they say old habits day hard

Ok home from work and done well. Thank so much for your messages - It means a lot x No cigs and feeling fine at the mo. I was quite wobbly first thing but I guess that's cause I had "forgotten" I've stopped. Going to be creative now and be all hobbied out before a later tea. All the time I have wasted sneaking round smoking I can use to craft and get more things on Ebay! So win, win all round.

never have to do that one again..you are on the ladder now so keep climbing, one day at a time and you will be amazed how quickly you can stack up the days/weeks/months.
