Hello all...

Well not been on here for a while...but still not smoking...going into my 3rd month on friday, so really pleased with myself..also hubby has not smoked for ovre 2 weeks.

It has not been easy, so I wont lie and say it has...but I am getting there, and only having 1 or 2 lozengers a day now...hopefully, I wont have any before long...
