life is awesome smoke free. You think you will never stop thinking you need a cigarette when you first start, but you really do get past that point to total freedom. and its really really really worth it.

just do it, how ever long it takes you, how ever many tries, just do it. it is simly the best thing you will ever do.

just make the decision in your heart to do it today, and then post when you are feeling week and this wonderful family of people will help you to keep going.
