Woo hoo! Way to go Guy! Not an easy thing to do, as we all know, but after passing the one-year mark I really felt like that was that - I am a non-smoker and I will never smoke again.

CONGRATULATIONS Guy and may you have many more smoke free years, I havent seen you on here but obviously the forum has supported you through your quit to get you to a full year and how brilliant is that.

I'm sure the months recently have been much easier and acknowledging them passing by is more routine, but a year of no smoking is something to really be proud of now, the first year of many for you as a practicing non-smoker.

Well done to you. dunno where everyone from the penthouse is lately, not many of em posting, not even anything in the general forum but hopefully they'll be along to post soon.
