I have been neglecting the 6 month area i'm afraid, so sorry for anyone i've missed. Cant let this pass though! Jase you old duffer! Great to see you here, with only a quarter of the way left to a year. Thanks for all your support to me over the last nine months. Much applause and praise to you xx
The feeling of reaching so many months smoke-free is tremendous, isn't it?! Well worth the trials and tribulations of the first few days and weeks. Well done and hope you're enjoying your fag-free life. Just think, not long till we reach the Penthouse. x
yes it is Zolat, and you know?? i keep looking for your post every single month to show you are another month done and i know soon after i'll be saying the same :)... its been quite the journey hasn't it eh :).
I think i've reached a point in my quit where it really does feel more solid than other quits i've ever attempted.. and most of that has been due to reading up about what i was quitting, and ways to deal with cravings etc, and of course using forums and meeting so many good hearted folk all after the same goal.
Peace to you Zolat, and look forward to seeing your 10th month milestone post
I don't miss smoking... haven't for quite some months now.. i face everyday stress all the time and i don't crave a smoke to get through it.
Hey Jase,
Thats FANTASTIC NEWS ... thats so great to read. As you know things are a bit hairy for me in my quit at times (and with the added sadness/grief of losing a friend at my 3 months marker has been double shaky this week). You always say the right thing and give me inspiration.
i can't wait to get to where you are. Please God!!
