Hi big quitter glad you are doing so well and seeds are so good for you, much better than choccy and crisps LOL

Keep the craves at bay with anything you can always lose weight later.

Hi fiona hope you are well also.

Well done BQ.

At least the pumpkin seeds will counteract the chocolate :D

sheepishly back here

Hi again - I'm back. I had my last ever cigarette at 10pm on Sunday April 4th 2010 and am doing well so far on Day 10. Had urges today and quiet at work so thought I'd have a look at this site again and am horrified to see that two years have passed since my first attempt, almost to the day. I really didn't handle it well that time and just went straight back to smoking after the first bad day. I didn't take myself or stopping seriously enough. This time I have been building up to it for months and have read Allan Carr's book and know I will never have another cigarette. I'm not using any nicotine substitutes and think it is working much better for me this way. The nicotine is leaving / has left my body and I'm not feeding it with more. Yes I have cravings but they pass. I'm going to have a read of this forum to keep my efforts strong.

Anyway sorry for rambling, just wanted to say well done everyone! Reading posts from this forum really do help me, so thanks guys! x :)
