.....I quit smoking. I'm feeling blooming marvellous, proud, healthier, unburdened and smelling of roses. The weight of my money tin (£822 in pound coins) feels good too. Still focused on opening my tin for trip to Taormina. Still thinking of and wishing everyone well in their quit. Take care out there in your big, exciting smoke-free world. Trying to embrace it rather than fear it was my coping mechanism. X
