Well its been one week since i smoked my last cig. First few days were really hard but i'm glad i've resisted temptation and made a whole week. Cravings are starting to get less frequent now. Just got to keep telling myself that i never want to go throught the first 72 hours again so don't slip up.

and i don't smell like an ashtray anymore.

Well done for your first week. The days will just roll by now believe me. I used to look & think, blimey has it been THAT long lol. Keep strong, keep motivated. Each day you get through is another under your belt. Sometimes it's tough no doubt, you may not think of them for ages then it's always there. Just get yourself through it, it never lasts & at the end of that day, hour, what ever it is, is YOUR acheivement.
I am 42 days (i think) today, & I have been grumpy & thinking.....but will not give in, ever. 
We will all do this, come what may.
