This week was so much better. Thank you so much to everyone that posted advice and kind words on my thread. It really helped.
I have had very few thoughts of cigarettes this week. I think in a way the cravings on Friday was a postive thing because it made me realise how delicate a quit can be.
I went to the gym to do my couch to 5k today because I hate running in the rain. I did a yolates class and I feel much better this evening. I had not made the gym in 2 weeks because of sick kids, etc.
My next challenge is to ditch the chocolate which I started today. My kids don't get much in the way of Easter eggs so it shouldn't be too difficult.
I hope everyone has a great weekend.
