Woo Hoo!!!!! Day 5

Morning everyone,

Well Im here on day 5, im so pleased, had a busy evening, dont really understand why im not getting any real cravings, i do wear a laccy band round my wrist, and as soon as i think a cig i bing it, it does work, someone on here mentioned it to me, Thank you, sorry cant remember who it was.

Hi, Im on day 5 too. Yesterday was a real toughy I thought. Had a very very bad headache, in the end I took my patch off. I got home at 5.30 I was in bed at 5.45pm and stayed there till 6am this morning when i jumped out of bed and started the ironing wierd girl that I am. Not been too bad today at all. Spent all morning with my mum who's a heavy smoker and was fine and now Im at work on my bill till home time at 8. This weekend will be the big test for me, Im gonna risk a glass of wine tonight I think.
