Sorry I didnt post yesterday - No set backs just really busy, car MOT, school run, midwife and went to bed early. Was a good day though with no problems and both myself and hubby reached another day without smoking
Today (Thursday) Me-day 7 Hubby-day 5
Good day, well in the smoking sense have fancied any. I have thought about them quite a bit, not to have one but more like 'Im doing this Id be having a smoke now before my quit' etc I just tell my mind to bugger off and then Im busy with something taking my mind of it lol
Hubby is doing great and I was surprised to wake up and find him looking at 'The positive effects of quitting smoking' and a 'quit meter'.
Tommorow morning at 10.30pm (13 hrs 15 mins) I wouldve completed 1 week I am so proud of myself I feel like a little kid who wants a sticker but for everyone going through this will know, that it IS a big thing and a massive achievment!
