Friday night I was around smokers although I was tempted I didn't cave in, however I still feel like I did, I have had a tight chest and am wheezing since I woke up yesterday basically feel like crap!
On a brighter note on the 1st of April I will have completed 4 monthes being smoke free and this is the longest I've managed to stay stopped!
Hope everyone ok

I just moved in to month 3. The only times I'm around other smokers we tend to be outside so it don't bother me too much. I'm not sure I'd want to be sitting in a room with smokers though. I am still getting some mighty cravings but I'm dead chuffed with how much energy I have these days. I think in the past I tended to put a lot of stuff off until tomorrow, especially if it involved physical exertion. It's my new healthy lungs that are giving me the incentive to stay quit at the moment.
