Day 34

Day 34 and still smoke free.

I actually feel as though by next weekend I will be ready to drop down in patch size.

I can feel a cold coming on, runny nose, cough, not surprising though as my daughter, grandaughter and grandson all came down with it a couple of days ago. I'm always kissing and cuddling the grandchildren so am bound to have caught it. I'm hoping I might not suffer so badly with it seeing as though I'm not smoking.
