So I am day ummm 10 I do believe!! It's getting very confusing to be honest but I'm fairly sure it's day 10... feeling ok, have had a few very tough days, mainly just when I am out.

So tonight is a big old drink up! I have tomorrow booked off work yayyyy... I have my patch ready to slap on and my inhalator in my bag! So tonight will be just booze
