Molsta's 2nd day!

Not doing too bad, had a few cravings but then i think of a few of the threads I have read....'it'a all in the head' and 'necodemon', not going to be letting that egg hatch!

Didn't get much sleep last night, my cat wouldn't allow it!

That is a challenge in it self, although I have the urge I don't have the inclination this forum has flicked a switch.

All the other times i would just have a smoke and start again the next day, I just don't have that feeling.....lets hope it lasts!

So I'm feeling rather tired but in control

lack of sleep

Well done molsta,day 2 for me also and likewise previously i'd have probably started again the next day had it not been for this forum but somethings clicked inside my head this time and it feels a lot different from previous quits. Words of encouragement and talking about it certainly help.What a crappy nights sleep though.Woke 5 times, almost on every hour then alarm went of about 5.30am and was wide awake like i'd had the best nights sleep of my life,weird.

Hey Guys

Bradders- Yess sooo nice to see the sun again and feel the warmth. How i have been longing for this weather! Think I'll have to start walking again, to get a bit of that fresh air in.

Stu- Congrats on day 2, funny how the forum has 'changed things'. Are you on the patches? I am and found that if i wear them during the night I have wicked dreams that feel real, so I take the patch off now. Sleeping much more soundly except when the cat demands my attention!

Snow- That is a really great post, it is etched into my mind. Think i might use it for giving up all the other stuff I am addicted too! And mind over matter is getting a bit of a flogging as well!

Nice to converse with everyone, thanks for the support and hope you are all doing well.

Think i might make this a daily thing for a bit so until tomorrow dudes

Not using NRT whatsoever this time around just read easyway and thats it,tho i did have an inhalator on standby just in case but ruling out using that completely now.
