My mouth felt very dry for about the first week or so....then it just flooded and has remained so ever since.
The mouth tends to feel the brunt of the quit understandably as it took the brunt habit. Every one seemed to have notice changes in their mouth and teeth so don't worry and it is also advisable to get yourself to a dentist fairy soon into your quit as they can give lots of tips etc on the changes in your mouth.
Only went to dentist two weeks ago and am booked in for a clean in a few weeks.
The dentist told me yet again that smoking was ruining my teeth and i told her by the time i next see her i would be smoke free.... didnt mean it at the time if i am honest... but will be blooming marvellous to tell her that i actually am

yep dry as a nuns c**t lol ! i also drink alot of water 2 litres a day but still get dry mouth hard ! meh its just a phase it will pass just stay strong an keep going ! after all dry mouth is a minor compared to all the positive things!
