Great to see you again, even if it is back in the Day 1 room. And a good day to pick too, I'm sure you will have lots of good company on the journey to being smoke-free and unstressed! The only thing you need to kick is the nicodemon habit.
So third attempt for me - after quitting almost a year ago for 3 months, then again in September for a month...
I will not relapse this time!
