I just dropped in as Kaz did invite all of us to her one year party during a particulary silly thread a couple of months ago...we never forget these things Kaz, that is why I have the clipboard!!!!

At first seemed this day would never arrive but now am so proud. Am convinced I will NEVER smoke again as it has'nt always been easy for me. Would not want to go through it all again though (ha ha)..

I have to say a MASSIVE BIG THANKYOU to everyone new & old members who have supported me on this forum.

May sound like an old cliche but I am certain without the help of this forum I would never have become "A Non Smoker". I was what u call a serial quitter & never got past 3 what seemed long weeks.:confused:

I was always on the forum at first and relied heavily on advice which I got in bucket loads, but only pop on now and again now.

Well as Lorna said The Party has Started and your all welcome.

I was even offered a job at gym I go that much now, and started bike riding, even brought a new wheel & helmet, (must be a serious biker now instead of serial quitter) ha ha....
