Well it's day 13 today...and have not smoked..I feel a bit jittery today, and a bit stressed..but have only had one lozenger...mind u hubby is at home today...lol..

I am having good and bad days at the mo...but am determined not to give in...I really just don't want to smoke anymore...it just does not appeal to me...

I was in the post office today, and the person behind me stunk of fags...and I thought blimey did I smell like that...it was awful...the thought of that out stinking me nice perfume...lol...
