Can't stop eating!!

I'm finding today quite tough, possibly because I'm not working, trying to keep as busy as possible but getting really strong cravings over the last few evenings and this afternoon.

Also can't stop eating! Don't know if it's the hand to mouth thing but I've tried to keep (most) of the snacks healthy but feel I deserve chocolate for doing so well! But having been on the scales, I'm realising this is catching up with me :( Never mind I'll deal with that later, but in the meantime I still really want a cigarette!!!!

Eurgh this is hard!!!

Another one with same problem I had, I couldnt stop eating LOL I put 7lb on in the first 10 days but dont worry it will go off after you have control of the quit. Better to be a fat none smoker for a while than a skinny smoker with COPD. Congrats on the good choice to quit and joining this site will be soo good for you always someone to keep you going, good look and enjoy the choccy.

for now LOL

Same here

... am eating like a woman possessed, almost constantly! I think you are right and it's a hand to mouth thing, but I wish it would stop, clothes are getting tighter already.

Think it's best to focus on one thing at a time though - must just alternate the chocs and mini cheddars with carrot sticks from time to time...

Hello all...

Hope your all ok...I am finding it hard on the eating side....and have hit the choccie a bit hard at times....but I am now trying to curb it a little...as I had my cholestral results in the week, and they were high...

So I am hoping with not smoking, and watching my diet it will go down...but I have to say as I am writing this....I could quite easily, demolish a jumbo bar of galaxy...lol

Over and out..xx
