Day 4 and doing ok. Up to now I think this is my calmest day. I have looked back over my old posts of 2 years ago and realise there are still lots of difficult days ahead.

I walked to the shops this morning and could suddenly smell cigarette smoke, there was a lady way in front of me smoking. My sense of smell has certainly improved.:D I nearly followed her but didn;t.lol

:D LOL Can say that now without feeling two-faced!

Don't you just hate it when people walk down the street smoking and you end up with all their smoke in your face if you are stuck behind them.

I used to smoke walking to work. Set routine: light up as soon as off bus and smoke on walk round to the office. I actually felt a little bad about blowing my smoke everywhere on other people. Its disgusting really! What were we thinking?? Lol!
