Today was day 8 and hardest yet-

I had some plans that fell through and ended up home alone with nothing to do--that was probably part of it.

Then I went to store to get bottled water and employees were outside smoking. I really tried to look at that negatively-but, I was tempted.

I did not smoke

don't be fooled into thinking that they are enjoying themselves. they are just relieving an habit that you have got rid of...

keep strong and share your feelings. we are all gonna be (or have been) through them at different stages of the process.

if yesterday was s***, today can only be better.
