Yay....200 days for me!!!!

200 days today....the best thing is I never even feel like a ciggie at all anymore ....no matter what life throws at me.....and it throws a bit at times:rolleyes:

I havn't felt this good in years.....I feel younger (:eek:I know....I'm not), I have heaps more energy.....Don't know why I didnt do this years ago:rolleyes:

The best thing is my OH has started wearing his patches....he had the worst cough and after 3 days of the patches hes not coughing anymore.....I am so pleased....I just hope he keeps it up!!

Well done Ellie - Two Hundred Days is great and how encouraging to hear your just thinking about them any more in a 'want' capacity.

It's a real turning point when that happens, esp when life throws it's best/worst at you....good on you for staying strong.

All the best with your OH and his quit to. Be kind to him. Those early days can be a real test.... oh how I really never plan to go back there.

Huge congrats on getting to 200 days nice to have these century and half century milestones to mix in with our montly updates i reckon

Good to read your OH is using the patches now too.. you can be there all the way now with encouraging words.

I know what you mean about wishing you had done it years ago as I feel exactly the same , also have lots more energy and feel better too.

I didn't realise that stopping could be as easy for me.... as it has been so far
