to the pub tonite or not?

dilemma: i usually go down the pub on fridays for a couple... I went cold turkey tuesday. doing ok as not smoking but a bit moody and could do with cheering up with a few bevies.. unfortunatly it does weaken my will and there is fags at home when i return (the wife smokes).. what to do...

your willpower may not be enough when you go out, its early days yet

If you do go ask your wife to hide her ciggys

You doubting your own willpower and that means your not feeling strong enough...... it won't hurt to avoid this one tonight and next week you should feel ready. It's something you have to face sooner or later but tonight may be to soon
