5 weeks completed.......

Yes cannot believe that I am starting week 6 of my quit and have completed a full 5 weeks!!!!!:D

I decided today to start with my 14mg patches a week earlier than what it states on the packet. Spoke with my nurse last week and she suggested that I might want to do 4x4x4 and not 6x4x2, however I didn't want to appear too cocky and so I thought I will try 5x4x3 instead. So here is to day 1 on 14mg.

I couldn't get over the size of the patch this morning when I opened it, does that mean when I get to 7mg it will be the size of a postage stamp. hahaha

Hope everyone else doing well and remaining smoke free.

Congratulations on your achievement Mrs Shazie. Triple doughnuts and chocolate cake for you. Just think in 7 days another week would have already been out the way. In 14 days another two weeks would have gone bye. in 21 days a whole 3 weeks would have sped in to dust.

You get the message.

Oh I just thought...you're around 10% through your first year.

*Mexican Wave* for good measure.

Bye.
