It's day 6 and I still haven't really had a craving for a cigarette as of yet. I must say that my mood is very up and down though....one minute I'm tearful, the next angry. This could also be due to the fact that I have an interview tomorrow and I am moving house (again!) in the next few months AND I am a bit of an an insomniac at present. Anyway, things are good and I'm really proud of myself.
Keep up the good work all!!

Hi Clare
well done on your 6 days you sound really positive .........mood swings are normal so take heart in the fact you are winning the fight these are the last remnants of Nicotine leaving your body but putting up a fight on the way out ...ignore them and they will go away .....good luck tomorrow just think how nice you will smell tomorrow at the interview instead of that smoky smell you would normally have, smoking like a chimney on the way to the interview .....
Moving house as well Geez Clare interview, moving house, given up smoking ...... how good are you yes you should be so proud of yourself .......
Insomnia is fun isn't it (with a hint of sarcasm). I suffered from it prior to stopping smoking, now I get a double dose of it. On hols this week and was still up at 05:45 this morning after a very 'on and off' night.
Interviews, house moves...all sounds like good fun.
