shocked and scared

hey I was pulled up and shocked yesterday.

I was in vets yesterday and someone said Hi Sue how are you, I didn’t recognise her, she had a disfigured face, the lower part had dropped and her face became square. ( an old friend I had not seen in a few years) she had mouth cancer!!!!! I will never ever smoke again not matter how much I feel like one.

hope this helps u all keep strong xxxx

Quitting is easy staying quit is harder

That is so sad and it does strengthen our resolve but it is a shame that to make us see sense some one else has to suffer pity tobbaco was ever discovered the world would be a healthier place for so many

Hope your cats are well

yes a shocker... really disturbed me. I so wish other smokers could see her.. I said " i hope u have stopped smoking now" she was an avid smoker with no intention of stopping.

she said " Yes.....Sue time u stopped" I was proud to say I had stopped....I will keep her image in my head so when I feel tempted it wont happen.

My Paws well hes stable at mo,,,, still not good and a worry but doing all I can to sort problem out. hes such a sweety cat and no trouble apart from this health prob
