Week 3 here I come......

Yes week 3, cannot believe I'm saying this, doesn't time fly when you're smoke free hehehehe.............:D

Had a very vivid dream last night about smoking 2 cigarettes yesterday when I was out in the pub and I woke up in a sweat and felt completely upset but yes it was only a dream and here I am day 15, that must have been because I was thinking so much about smoking whilst drinking vino. It's bizarre but I know now that if I had smoked I would have been completely devastated, is that a good sign?.

I completely believe that I would have never had got this far without the support and encouragement from you all on here, so a massive THANK YOU one and all......

Hope everyone has had a great weekend and Monday smoke free.

Hey, into WEEK THREE...how good is that?

Shazie, time is flying and each day you are making that great change into freedom from slavery to Nic O'Demon. Before you know it you'll be approaching week 4 and can take pride in telling your family, friends and colleagues you've been quit for AGES.

The dream...yes, most of us, if not all of us, have had that dream. But it is so excellent when you finally realise that you didn't smoke at all. It seemed to make me stronger in my resolve. You know, it's about winning the wee battles and eventually you'll turn around and realise the war has been won.

Can I also say.... yes, it is a good sign

Keep on keepin' on,

Cav

Hi Shazie :D

Great you're in week three well done

Those dreams can seem very real sometimes and yes the fact that you know you'd have been devasted if it had happened is a good sign and shows just how far you've come in a short time

Well done Shazie... it's a great feeling to reach week 3!

I had the dreams a few days ago - but, like you, I didn't actually smoke - I stopped myself in my dreams.... that's a fab sign and it's really positive that you didn't 'cheat' on yourself even when dreaming... shows that you're strong enough to see this through. :D

Keep up the good work - have a good day - Rachael x
