well i had and hour last night when i could have smoked, but unlike previous attempts i didnt, i just thought if i can get through this,it will be ok in the morning. And it was,i feel very proud of myself,as in the past i would have caved in thinking i'll start again tomorrow, this is a big milestone for me,and im proud of myself. just goes to prove that the physchological part of nicotene withdrawal is as big as the physical part,if that makes sense!!
Hope everyone else is doing well, lots of new quitters on the forum,it feels nice to be a week in front of them!
