5 and a half months

5 and a half months now! Why did I not do this sooner? Have spent the day with my sister who has been smoking and was only tempted a little but but did not want to ruin all my hard work!

Hope everyone else is doing ok and to all people thinking about quitting, you will not regret it!

hey vicky,

ive spent christmas with my younger brother who smokes and a few times ive smelt the smoke and thought "i really like that!"

i am quite shocked by that as I really dont wanna smoke ever again but I did it for such a long time. it is gonna take a while to not be affected by it i guess.

he smelt horrible every time he would come back inside or get back in the car though.
