Sixty days or two months of being smoke free i am feeling happy i dont smoke but a bit down about the weight gain:p

2 months smoke free is great don't worry to much about the weight gain it will come off once your metabolism settles down again

Well done 2 months is brilliant, wishing you many more.

Marg, help, when does this weight sort itself out, I needed to put on some but now I am at nearly extra 3 stone, want it to stop now and am not eating any more.

Great to read you've completed two months without smoking.

I hope you've found the days got easier as your two months came to a close?

Now time to go and join the 3 Month quitters and get yourself a celebratory drink *cheers*.

There's quite a few of us who have gained a lot during our first 2+ months of not smoking as are ready to tackle that too..... after Christmas though ;)
