hey jase - well done mate - i know that you really needed to get through this christmas and put the deamons of last year to rest so Im really glad for you. Congrats on the 5 month milestone as well (i think i missed that) - happy christmas fella
Hi Jase
Well done for not going near the shed!!!!:D. I hope you feel proud of yourself, because I did when I stayed indoors while other people went out to have a puff.
Best wishes.
Ju
thank you.
I think just knowing that Christmas day and that one cigar ruined an 8 month quit for me in 2008 was enough to make me realise 2009 would not see the same events unfold. Christmas and New Years Eve have now passed and i'm still quit and free. In 10 days time on the 11th, i will be exactly 6 months quit too so feeling good about that.
Quitting smoking is not without its issues and stresses among all its challenges, but ever so often while quit you do need to block everything else in the world out.. all the people that annoy you, all the situations that stress you and just look after what is the most important thing.
you.
