HI Hope you all had a brilliant smoke-free Christmas. It was good not to have to keep trying to work out how to fit in a cigarette in between presents, turkey, excitable kids, relatives etc etc

Now for New Year, just think, we don't even have to think about the annual 'Stop Smoking New Year Resolution'.

Well done to all the Octquitters for staying strong and together into 2010.
