Hey tigger, give your cat a big stroke and a cuddle..sorry he or she not well :(

It is shi*e, but no craves is great. I first gave up a year and a half ago but kept lapsing (i never went back properly to my 40 a day though, except once, for week on hols-I had kidded myself into thinking i couldn't enjoy them without the evil weed.) The further you get from the last one you had, the less you think about them. A cigarette only makes you crave the next one (in my relapsey again and again drug addict experience) The mental addiction is the toughest to beat, the craves go pretty quick, but you can't help thinking that they help with stress, you can't enjoy certain things without them etc. It is a proper drug addiction, smokers are addicts to a drug.

I still think about them , but now i am glad i'm free. I think about them, and then i realise i actually don't want or need one. Don't even entertain thoughts of the evil things, they won't make your cat better, they won't make it easier for you to deal with anything.

It will get so much easier the further you get from the last one.:)
