here's wishing us all some extra strength and resolve to get through the festivities with out any silly mistakes.

Well done, bman! 4 months is excellent! I remember my month 5 being the month I stopped thinking about fags all the time. I would sometimes go all morning/afternoon before I'd remember I used to smoke. It was a good month... hope it's the same for you!
thanks chrissie - queen are legends, youve got yourself a deal with " well i wont if you wont!"
hey bella, yeah i hope you are right, i've been looking forward to that "not thinking about them" reward for a few months now - i figured it would be here eventually if i just waited long enough!
thanks marg. couple of months yet for me for the half way mark but i recon they will fly by with all the festivities and all that. Plus time will be passing much quicker on the quitting front once what bella pointed out comes true!
Sounds great when you put it like a 1/3rd of a year
and aye, its not too long before its half a year for us too.
Now isn't that so much better than those early days when we were struggling? It don't seem that long ago as time goes, but what a difference these last months have made eh.
Congrats and keep up the pace chaps, got a good bunch of us going strong still.
