3 Months Done.....

Quarter of a year....13 Weeks...91 days...of being a non smoker.

I can't quite believe it - and don't think I would have got here without the help, information and knowledge of this forum (not mention my pesky shoulder).

So a big thank you to all who have helped, supported and inspired me to this point.

I think I've overcome some hurdles in dreaded Month 3. Not out of the woods yet.....but I feel I can see the sun breaking through the branches.
