I'm new to this site and have found it very helpful with my quitting experience so far. I am 21 years old (22 in December) and have smoked since the beginning of the 2007 formula one season (about 2-1/2- 3 years now). I honestly can't believe that as of tomorrow I will have been smoke free for 2 weeks and starting my 3rd week as a non smoker.
My body feels great. Energy levels are up, food tastes better, and my focus has improved dramatically. Cravings are also easier to deal with. However, that being said, I still have one or two fairly intense cravings per day. Any advice on how to deal with these would be greatly appreciated. I'll try and post more as the days go by.
