dunna why i'm not so tempted, I'm normally gagging for a ciggie after around 2 hours, the past couple of days have been easy, probably due to reading peoples stories online,

Good News, Smoke free for 3 days,

-My dads even quit now

So its like a competition, guess we're both none smokers now :cool:

Well done you 3 days smoke free and yes you could be right in that you'e reading on here and I agree that's a huge help fo us

But I think also that you had a huge incentive this time as you want to be fit and join the army and maybe there in lies the clue as to why you're finding it easier this time

You want something just for you does that make sense to you at all

Please tell your Dad a huge well done from me for quitting the fags and well done setting him an example

It's funny how we sometimes follow our kids My Son quit and I followed him here so maybe your Dad will follow you here as well
