Had a hard week, but didn't cheat

Back from Mexico. Had a really hard time down there, but made it through and didn't cheat. Sometimes it really bothered me, sometimes I was disgusted when I saw people smoking, and sometimes I didn't even think about it. Sooooo I'm in half way through week 6, and have another major situation behind me! Yeah!

I think the hardest thing for me when I go to Germany at the end of the month will be the cheap cigarettes! I know it seems daft to think I'm missing out - as they're even CHEAPER if you don't buy them at all!

Thanks everyone. It's been hard since I got back for some reason. I Still haven't cheated and I won't, but I thought when I came back smoke free it would be easier somehow. Oh well, the life of an addict, I guess.
