It was a cold day in Ocober
and we decided to quit for ever
No longer wanting to smoke
The effects of it were making us choke
who cared if it caused us pain
We'd smoke outside in the rain
suddenly it happened to me
I decided I wanted to be free
No longer would I be a slave
I wasn't going to be rushed to my grave
with the help of this site and my will
this time next year I'll be quit still
To all those who quit in October
Lets stay clean and free forever

The triangle for me
I was just going to claim that! In that case, I'll have a stylophone, remember those funny little instruments that Rolf Harris used to advertise. I had one as a kid. Problem is the only tunes I can play are 'Silent Night' and 'Oh Danny Boy'
