Morning all!

Day 3 for me and so far the cravings are not too bad. My problem is dizzyness!!! Yikes, felt fine yesterday and then late afternoon my head started spinning and I daren't move in case I fell over. I had this from 3pm ish right through until I fell asleep. I can still feel it a tiny bit this morning but not too much.

Could this be a symptom or maybe I'm coming down with a cold?

Absolutely normal, but annoying - I remember it well.

This post on another forum explains it well.
