Day 8 today and am pretty pleased with myself.

A landmark moment this morning - it was the first time since I've stopped that someone (who I haven't seen in a while) has offered me a fag and I could turn it down with the slightly smug line of "No thanks. I don't smoke anymore". Hurrah!
